Aileron Posted July 29, 2007 Report Posted July 29, 2007 We are experiencing critical technical difficulties with the SS RPG. It looks the the language cache was set as read-only, causing the recent problems with the bank and the ridiculous income. Yesterday I thought it was just the bank, and figured that I could back everyone's accounts up with a hard-copy so as to not require a full reset. However, now this problem seems to be affecting the main SS RPG Core as well. Immeadiately, attacks are closed, income is frozen, and the SS RPG has been turned off. If this problem is solved favorably, it will re-open. Since I can't penalized everyone who carried out attacks during this period, no one will be penalized. However, that is only a best-case scenario, and an unlikely one at that. Most likely, it will take a complete re-installation of the core. That would mean a reset would have to occur immeadiately, bringing this round to a close. I'd bet about a 90% chance that the round will have to end. This should take at most two days to solve, but don't hold me to that.
