You can try the built-in test map feature, it looks like a 'PLAY' button in the left toolbar. Tile collisions are not accurate; you might go through some walls, but the ship's energy, speed/thrust and rotation are pretty much accurate.

You can import .cfg settings with the 'Browse' button in the tool toolbar at the top. Ctrl and Tab will affect your energy like it would ingame; firing energy and delays are taken into consideration (except multifire), but there are not any graphics of those shown yet.

 

And to show the bomb lines, I believe it's the B key. Then again, it might not be super accurate with bounces and such, but it gives a pretty good idea I think.
