content8d.lvz is a required LVZ download in the zone settings. Typing ?go after download or completely reconnecting does not solve the problem.

 

 

The problem is that for some people this LVZ does not even display, so they are basically seeing Figure 1 in-game. What they should be seeing is Figure 2, what most people are actually seeing. None of the images in content8d.lvz exceed 256 pixels in heighth or width dimensions.

Have you tried renaming your file names? (2-1.gif is a weird name imo) Or it could be the fact that they're .gif (just try changing the extension)

did you check with these people if the lvz was actually downloaded correctly in their folder?

When I was testing your 40 lvz thing I noticed if you do this in subgame:

LevelFiles=lvz1.lvz,+lvz2.lvz,lvz3.lvz

 

Then you go and turn off optional lvz, it doesn't send you lvz2 or lvz3. I think it should be sending lvz3 though. I was using subgame 1.34.14a.
