when i open continuum its in top left of screen

When i try to open continuum the tip opens dead center but the part where u change name or zone is gone. Its in the top left corner and im unable to move it ive tried everything even uninstalling SS all together. I uninstalled and re installed multiple times ive scanned my whole computer for viruses or other problems nothing.. if anybody has ever heard of this help me out plz..

 

ive encountered many problems while playin SS for 6 yrs and never seen this...

Can you provide a screenshot? I can't tell if you're talking about in-game (if this, your resolution is set too big in Continuum) or the main menu (and if this, why can't you drag it somewhere else?).

can you enter a zone?

 

if you can, alt-tab, and then move the chat window.

 

i have had this problem when i move the window the bottom of my screen, it opens in the same spot.

 

then it should work

If I understand the problem:

 

Change your desktop resolution.

To move off-limit windows, right-click on it in the taskbar, choose 'Move', then use the keyboard arrows to put it back where it should be.

Anyway off limit windows can often be a cause of having the res too high on a TFT screen. If you have a TFT screen ensure the res is the same as the rating for the screen, unlike CRT TFT generaly cannot handle multiple resolutions.

My taskbar is on the left side of my screen... that alone sometimes creates that kind of problems, because some windows decide to set their reference to the top-left of my screen, instead of the top-left of my work area
