what's going on?

I keep getting a moderator warning and it tells me to go to !laghelp...but when i type this in nothing happens...i am supposing i have problems with ping and packet loss but i dont' know how to solve this. it just started yesterday and i have never had any other problem like this before. what can i do?

if it just started yesterday, then cross your fingers and hope it goes away

 

or call your ISP and -*BAD WORD*- $

 

or talk to the zone admins and see if they've been tweaking lag settings
