have packet losss cannot play,,, help please

Hi, I play continnum , but now cannot play, cause every 10 sec of game the packet loss apear send me to spectator

 

how can i fix this? im desperate

 

the only few times, that can i play , is late time 1:00 am, but its too late, and there is not many people,

can somebody explain?

 

How can I fix it?
