Samapico Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 Flashing box? ... could you post a screenshot of it? something might be wrong with your video card... have you tried playing other games? Try some 3D games if you have some, if something went wrong with your video card you'll notice it
rootbear75 Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 (edited) START > RUN > "DXDIAG" do all testssave the fileopen the text file and copy all the information under: ------------------System Information------------------ and ---------------Display Devices--------------- EDIT: And then post it might help.. dunno Edited June 19, 2007 by rootbear75
Shock Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 It tells me that if I try to use a resolution on my video card that my monitor doesn't support. If you have an ATi video card: Download the Catalyst Control Center application from ati.com, or, if you already have it, restore to defaults. but before you try any of that, do what rootbear75 said.
Samapico Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 hmmmmmmm yeah I think I remember seeing that kind of message too... Maybe check if Continuum is set to a resolution that your monitor / video card supports... try other resolutions, try windowed and full screen
