So I've seen this said a couple of times, I've even seen it said to people that aren't even part of the SDT. Is this some obscure slang?

I dunno, i was thinking about having a percentage or "level" for us all. We each get points added to our levels when we complete requests.

 

Just a thought though, and no, you don't need to be promoted to stay on the team.

Would be nice to have a point system, might encourage members with low points to do a bit more than normal to catch up. But I dont think it can be done, since not every request requires the same amount of work, so you need to make a sort of grading system. Who decides how much points someone should get? And what if multiple people work on it?
