Profile Problem

Friend of mine fills out the profile section for name and such but when he tries to log in it instantly tells him that hes tried to log in to many times and to try agin in an hour O_o even if his names aksldjl;kjsf;a;lsf and he waited an hour it says for him to wait an hour dosent even get to the unknown player do you wish to create? part...

After you have flooded the biller, there's quite a long delay before you can try again.

Dont think they flooded the biller, they just used one name if I am correct.
