If so, you need Java environment files... you can get download that at http://java.sun.com/

Then you just double-click on the .jar file after extracting everything

... What kind of error are you getting anyway? Why isn't it working?

To use image rotator you need to have the original picture facing straight up

Use smongs, its most simple.

Bak's is easiest in my opinion (unless you have windows 98 and below, then suffer)

Anyhow, in case it was never rotated, I attached the file. I honestly don't know which side is suppose to faced upwards, so I left it as it is.
