Perma Tw-Ban for no (good) reason, I hope to be unbanned by a billing op

Rudy bans me more often for bad reasons but lately its getting really odd:

This stuff lately started (part 1)when Burzum(a tw-staffmember) had a conversation with me and gave me a link with personal information and I made a joke(with the permission of another high staffmember called M_M God) with it by logging in on tw with Burzum his in-real-life name without spreading out to anyone that that name was Burzum his. After a few minutes I got netbanned for one month by Rudy , Burzum and M_M god apparantly framed me.

About This i sent a complete nice e-mail to bans21@trenchwars.org (Rudy owns that e-mail since he is the only Bangop in tw) and I got an e-mail back from him with him swearing at me where he told I was warned(which I was not) and the reason he gives me for the netban is according to him "Not only does this prevent you from spreading the information you have wrongfully obtained, but I hope it serves as a reminder that your bull!@#$%^&* is not being tolerated. Even if network admin decide to lift your netban, you will not be allowed back to Trench until I see fit. Take some time to find a new hobby."

As if, when I was planning to spread info about Burzum (which I am and was not) the netban would keep me from doing it. If I really was planning to spread info I would have 100% be stimulated by the netban to do so. I do not beleive he really thinks this but that it is just a way of Powerabuse, because him and apparantly Burzum(who also gives me warnings for no reason) didnt like me anymore.

Thats why I sent an e-mail to "Dock>" and "Priitk" but they didnt reply yet and I also put something on the billingopwebsite of which I still didnot get responded about it...

Also some TWD-ops (about the Trenchwars-Division) are making a mess of tw; I once had a discussion with nethila and he also made up some reasons to get me netbanned, he didnt even have to show any evidence or whatsoever; it was my word versus his and I lost that discussion undeserved.

* I think its odd that I am being netbanned for such a thing, especially when there is given a very doubtful reason as "to prevent you from spreading information out about this staffer"

* I absolutely wasnt warned for this, au contraire,

* I had permission to do so by high tw-staffmember M_M god

* Burzum gave me his information himself and I just made a little joke...without telling anyone that that name was burzum his in real life name

* I did not thread Burzum in any way or something

* Rudy is working with burzum and m_m god to get me out of trenchwars, it was also extremely fast that I got netbanned after making the "joke"

Then yesterday, I got back from my netban and I was guessing that Rudy is most mad at me since I guessed that he was still pissed at me for seeing him flirt once with a twdop when I got in an arena where only them 2 were. So I wanted to get support-information and I asked "?help What to do if Bangop A keeps banning me and giving me netbans because he doesnt want me to tell that Bangop A wants a relationship with Twdop B?" then within 10 seconds I got perma tw-banned.

This is extremely pathetic and I sent several mails after it to several staffmembers but the other staffmembers support Rudy because they feel like they have to whether they agree or not, since they dont want to cause any trouble.

And Rudy himself responded to me with a mail where he said stuff like "you have a tumor in your head" etcetera, while I do not get why he is so pissed at me because I sent him a normal formal e-mail. He also said he netbanned me because that helpcall was meant to him according to him(which is false) and that I would have evaded his ?ignore with it....I never even knew he had me on ignore...thought bangops were supposed to listen to the people who got banned and then give them information about their bancase.

If anyone wants to have the e-mails I got and the e-mails I sent then just ask for it and I will type those out here or e-mail them through to you.

Also REAL cheaters like Method and Vys have been unbanned by Rudy while Rudy is planning on keeping me banned...

I hope that someone who reads this topic will manage to help me get unbanned since I just want to have fun and play tw normally...

why the !@#$%^&* would you ask that? of course that's going to get you banned

the ?help goes to all staff members, INCLUDING RUDY!

so of course he is going to ban you to prevent you telling other staff members of his relationship

it is really stupid, i know, but you cant do anything.

the staff owns the zone. It isnt a democracy, its a dictatorship.

server hosts in real life. Examples include contacting ISPs to shut

down zones, or researching private player real life information and

proceeding to har!@#$%^&* or stalk them in real life.

Exactly, you cant really say it was research because burzum was the one GIVING that information to Me. Cant say i was stalking him either. Wasnt har!@#$%^&*ing him irl either...So I was banned for a bad reason.

M_M God even gave me permission for it...

I'll break it down for you...

Meaning contacting them by phone, mail, or e-mail and har!@#$%^&*ing them. This you did not do, so we ignore it.

Examples include contacting ISPs to shut
down zones, or researching private player real life information and
proceeding to har!@#$%^&* or stalk them in real life."

The 1st part was added after the whole SSCX fiasco obviously. But if you notice what I bolded, it might give more input. It does not say 'This is limited to' or 'Contacting ISPs...', it says 'Examples'. Now, lets look up the meaning of Examples:

ex·am·ple n. (ĭg-zām'pəl)
1. One that is representative of a group as a whole: the squirrel, an example of a rodent; introduced each new word with examples of its use.
2. One serving as a pattern of a specific kind: set a good example by arriving on time.
3. A similar case that cons!@#$%^&*utes a model or precedent: a unique episode, without example in maritime history.
4.
1. A punishment given as a warning or deterrent.
2. One that has been given such a punishment: made an example of the offender.
5. A problem or exercise used to illustrate a principle or method.

Now, reading this, we can figure that the "Examples" given are just 'representatives of a group' or 'one serving as a pattern of a specific kind'. Your actions we're part of the group represented and we're part of the same pattern. So thus, the ban was legit.

Taking into count that with just the names Disappearance, Killerbee2 and Clichy, you have been banned from Trench Wars 13 times.

Making any minor mistakes as this deserve instant attention and action against you.

If you fall for Trench Wars staffs tricks by not knowing rules after all those times you have been banned, then maybe you should finally read the rules and enlighten yourself of what you can and what you cannot do.

I consider gaining private information of a operator for any purpose to be har!@#$%^&*ment. This information is private and should not be given out. When someone has this information they tend to do bad things with it and I won't tolerate that.
