ok im basically just a player in halo zone with an idea for an event but the mods in halo cannot make it happen

 

Is there any way to disable/set to 0 forward thrust only?

so that movement would be normal in reverse /turning only..

i have asked a few places but have been told this is a game setting and forward/reverse thrust are joined where you cannot change just 1..

 

anyone help please

you can.... only allow rockets, which restrict to forward movement (the rocket could even thrust you backwards if you set it negative, I guess)

 

and make bullets/bomb fire backwards by setting a negative speed

 

if you want fun, you can reverse the ship graphic... and perhaps reverse the rotation direction by setting a negative rotation speed

i was trying to make a reverse dueling event..which i had never seen in ss..i now know why

in most zones it wouldnt work but with higher ship speed in halo it is actually quite fun..

Halo staff would never listen (some exceptions). I'm an ex-halo staffer and you can do the thing sama is telling.
