Please adjust upgrades

Ok, I've maxed out my Fortification, Siege Technology & Covert Action upgrades... would you please increase them??? Add more, etc. I read somewhere that someone would.

TRP once those upgrades are maxed it time to buy weapons and use them to boost your bonuses.

Granted though that people do max them out too early. They will be more expensive next month.
