New circle tool

When I'm making maps, I always have trouble making nice circles. Could you add a tool where you set the center of a circle first and then define the radius? Would make it a lot easier for me to make circles (bit quicker too).

hold shift or ctrl (forgot which one) while drawing circles, that will center the circles around your mouse

it's CTRL

shift makes it a circle instead of an ellipse

 

so yeah... ctrl... click... shift... drag,

 

that also works with lines, rectangles, and... all shapes I think
