Public Freq Flagging

Some of you were around for a little experiment I did the other night where there were 2 uncapped size public freqs in a flag game.

I'd like to make this somewhat of a weekly occurrence, so what I need to know from you guys is what times would be best to do it.

 

The next time this happens we'll start with 2 captains and a more elevated jackpot of around 100k or so, plus a provision that the game cannot be won within the first ___ minutes of play.

Wednesday, Friday or Saturday. Hump day is always a good day, since lots of real life stuff is planned for the weekends. Friday and Saturday is good since they're free days for most people.

 

6-8pm or 8-10pm. Any earlier and no West Coasters would be playing, any later and people would be gone/doing stuff/not playing.

EDIT: u should host more events like this, ex friday saturday etc... would give hs more variety

Bots can be replaced by plugins but both requires coders which HS needs more of =/

 

Wat mas say is true, u can push it to 10-12pm but it starts dying off.

If it's 5:00 PM PST (california), it's 8:00 PM EST.

if there were to be a pub flagging night...then i find some bases as too small so whoever gets the base first would most like hold it for a very long time due to the extreme amount of concentrated gun fire(base 6...fr...).

The use of fields and reps and rushing can easily mess up bomb lines and concentrated fire. It won't be easy but it won't be nearly impossible.

Pinball action! If one team has 10 ppl, the other team has 10 ppl also. Which then leads to at least 5 ppl rushing on the atker's freq which adds up to 15-20 repels.....which can probably get a lanc p!@#$%^&* the bomb line.

 

Besides, this is pub vs pub basing, theres bound to be a bunch of idiots that does things they aint post to.....like: emp AM mines while defending......btying when their bty never goes over 30.........btying without antiwarp.

i think its an excellent idea because it gives newbies a chance to base lol

 

instead of once a week it should be done on friday and monday to give them a chance.

 

its not that fun when everyone is dominated by a squad with AD sharks and lancs who tend to play kamikaze on you everyday and never win.. lol

 

GW and BW have such a bad reputation to some because of it XP

 

 

 

overall, not much bad can be done because its a chance to prove yourself useful in basing, or a high adrenaline game, when the jackpots definitely going to split off you a nice piece of pie =)

If you don't kamikaze (AKA Rush) how do you expect to push the other base team back?
