NBVegita Posted October 19, 2006 Report Posted October 19, 2006 haha !@#$%^&* right, you always have to be ready for those opportunities
rootbear75 Posted October 19, 2006 Report Posted October 19, 2006 wowthis is very sad.... a lot of you don't even have continuum on ur desktops...and you call yourselves SS players.... :ssplayer: you should be ashamed of yourselves

NBVegita Posted October 19, 2006 Report Posted October 19, 2006 don't you guys have problems with having themes effect your system? at least when you get a lot of things running at once?
»1587200 Posted October 19, 2006 Author Report Posted October 19, 2006 Not with 750Mb memory. If you have at least that, you should be good. StyleXP only takes 3,052k idle, which isn't much. MSN Messanger uses more. Even so, I can kill the StyleXP process and the theme is still there and works fine.
NBVegita Posted October 19, 2006 Report Posted October 19, 2006 not bad, last time I used one of those was 10 years ago...and well...yeah...
»SOS Posted October 20, 2006 Report Posted October 20, 2006 XP has built-in styles. It is literally as fast as no styles. There is only a tiny memory footprint. The time of WindowBlinds is over, muhahaha. Yea, that was a horrible computer abuser. StyleXP does nothing but tell XP what style to use.
candygirl Posted October 20, 2006 Report Posted October 20, 2006 ew memory. I cant put anymore in my PC.I have over 1000+ now and i cant see me needing anymore. I dont use themes other then windows. I cant find any i like :/

Dav Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 you can edit the styles with reshacker. needed to install a modified system file (rant remember which) i googled "how to change start button image" and found a guide somewhere.
