As for the bank, keep in mind I'm also trying to attract new players, and given the plethora of questions asked this round, this game is confusing enough it newbies as it is. They can understand a bank, though saving up by buying weapons might be confusing.

 

 

Your theory about people buying sentry weapons is flawed. First off, sentry doesn't seem to weaken sabotage. It only seems to prevent recon, as I for one can take out thousands of weapons of players who have sentry too high to do an effective recon. Secondly when given a choice between sentry and spy, enough people choose spy to create problems for everyone. Thus, if I did as you suggest, there would be atleast 3 or 4 people who would take the money that would have been banked and buy a bunch of spy weapons, and with that uber spy rating sab the crap out of everyone.

 

The results of your "no-bank" suggestion would be uber-saboteurs, which by your own standards must make you a newbie who doesn't understand the game. The entire system is a bunch of pieces that work with each other, and after that you get human behavior. Every change has indirect consequences. In this case, remove the bank and spy becomes overpowered for the handfull of people who like to sab. If I moved as quickly and radically as you suggest, I'd destroy the game.

 

 

And don't bring Suicide Run into this. He clearly has much more character than you do because he's offering suggestions in a productive fashion.

 

Look, you've written enough to be banned from the forums twice over and you still aren't. Up until this point I figured you must have had a bad week and needed to vent some steam. If you want to make any more suggestions, take a hint from your clan-mate and do it in a civilized fashion. Otherwise I'm not going to tolerate it any more.

You !@#$%^&*ed up big time, now. You just made the entire !@#$%^&* forum hate you. Now, I enjoyed making fun of you, but I really didn't mean most of it. I didn't realize you actually were so low as to change everything in your favor. But it all makes sense now. Even increasing mercenaries - after taking massing out, there should've been no reason... but you did it because it was the only way Dav could get enough troops to do anything. I hope you get your staff spot revoked for this. SSForum brought more people to the forums, and brought them more frequently, and now you've just run them ALL off. Whatever you might think about Penis and what it does to the game, it didn't run anyone off. When Sui created the Penis clan, Sui and I got a whole lot of people to join. We didn't convince many existing members, we just brought more into the game. You, on the other hand, have managed to run them all off again. Seriously, wtf? I've seen a lot of power hungry and corrupt staffers across the whole of SS, but I've not seen a piece of !@#$%^&* as big as you, because I don't think any of them would've bothered modifying SS RPG just so one of their clanmates could win. Maybe Viligante would've been up to something like that. Get the !@#$%^&* out of SSForum and go staff at DS, powermonger.

 

This is seriously the third lowest move I've seen in all of SS. The first was the guy whose actions eventually took SSCX down. The second was Viligante banning everyone from an opposing squad in DS just so his squad could win. And then comes you. Go get AIDS, crawl in a hole, and die, you friendless picee of !@#$%^&*. I don't know how you did it, but you managed to make more enemies than I did the round I was trash talking everyone. Congratulations on killing an entire game and making an entire forum your enemy.

you can sab pretty easy with out recon lol, just sab the item you think they have and chances are they have it..

Also, if you try to sab an item they don't have, IPB will return a Divide By Zero error. So, just try, and if they don't have it, no harm is done.

So... what does affect a person's chance of a successful sabotage?
