Ok when i warp to safe with bty and i stay there for like 2 secs and when i try getting out of safe it pulls me back. Its glichy.

And i know its normol for your bty to go down. I know no one cares but still letting you all know.

That "pull back" is your bounty going down. It's normal, and not much can be done about it, I'm afraid.

I think he means when he goes in the warp box to get out of safe, he gets warped back. Which does happen a lot and isnt really a glitch in my opinion...it shouldent work 100% of the time I think. Spices up gameplay a little in my opinion.

I've had various safe zone buggyness too, but it just feels like lag.

 

I'll stop myself by firing, a second later it'll propel me a few cm across the screen, as if the server didn't realise I'd stopped and decided to show me how things REALLY are.

 

The same with moving or turning my ship. It'll suddenly jerk back to the position it was in a second or so ago. Nothing big, but bleh.
