my ping is just as low as everyone elses but i lag like im running 50 things at once what is going on? Will someone help me out?

could be cpu lag (your computer busy, so b0rking)

coulb be packetloss (your or the server or a router inbetween)

 

...don't download off kazaa while you play

 

could be a ton of things

no im not running 50 things at once i dont know what it is but its getting on my nerves about to throw my comp out the window

hit cntrl+alt+delete and close everything except explorer and Continuum. Also check the advanced options in continuum and make sure you have clicked both "Avoid page flipping" and "no framerate limit."
