h2 ramscoop increases recharge by 2, so heres an idea for a counterpart to the h2 for people who prefer energy over recharge

 

impulse array - increases energy storage

+2 energy

+1 speed

+1 thrust

I dont really like it either cause +2 recharge isnt that big of an impact compare to +2 in energy...thats wat I think

How about Fuel Cell Drive? Those are trendy in alt-E circles.
