LONG LIVE BOT-LIKE BEHAVIOR

here's the source code. You need to have an open continuum window in 640x480x16 with transparent radar off. You also probably need to be using the same windows theme as I (windows xp default, see picture). when you run the program, press the "go" button and the bot should take over; you can't really use other apps and stuff when it's doing its thing. good luck!

 

The bot, as is, will only work (effectively) in hyperspace. It will probably get confused as to what direction it's facing if you try it in a different zone, if brain changes the wb graphic, or if you try to use a ship other than a wb. also, set ?target=0

I made it using C++. You can edit it using notepad and compile it using a C++ compiler.

I tried it, but it i failed. I dont know anything about C++. When i tried to compile it, it had ALOT of errors.

Ok. I got the AI to run, but it doesn't seem to do anything(shoot, use items, etc) but fly around, usually not towards enemies. I did ?target=0, and looked at the souce and set the repel key to whatever button it is supposed to be, made gun to right ctrl, it does NOTHING but fly aimlessly. So, ?
