New Changes to Summoner!

As of right now, ?summon will no longer work on players that are carrying flags, and it will inform you of this if you try. That is to say, if you have flags you cannot be summoned.

Flaggers can still use regular attaching, so don't worry.

Im not sure if this still works or not but I remember seeing crimson fury summoning ppl while hes dead which makes those turreters invisible and non hittable after the lanc dies. But for that to happen, the lanc needs to make macs to summon ppl. If this still works, I hope they disable it so you cant summon ppl when ur dead.

 

Fun Fact: You can attach to yourself if summon yourself (If you dont know already)

Sui, if you get summoned when you're dead, you are still killable. Your ship will stay in the same spot it is at, whilst waiting for the Lanc to spawn again. I've actually been killed this way, it kinda sucks.

yeah, shock is right, its happened to me as well. Anyways i think this is a good idea d1s, i turret alot myself, and chase turrets alot as well, and i think this will partially lower the strenght of turrets and some flag games.

 

Chasing someone and hitting them until they are at 200 nrg and watch them get summoned isnt too thrilling, so this will certainly help

I suggest that summoner inform players to type ?away ?summon to turn summon "on", newbs always ask about why their summoner is broken and the like.

using ?away ?summon isn't what main purpose of summoner... it was just a smart thing people started so u dont lose energy when u attach

 

but pming some1 on ur team with ?summon was i think the main purpose of summoner... so lanc can force some1 too attach to them without spamming ATTACH!!!

With the possible abuse of summoner, maybe summon should be like you said, 3vil, pm them summon only if you want to attach.
