Footballstar8583 Posted April 16, 2007 Report Posted April 16, 2007 Ok i think shisp warbird, javelin, spider and others sould have 2 guns and 2 bombs so like you would have bounce bomb and then you could have you could have lvl 4 bombs and the button to change bombs would say ?cg bomb 2 to get bomb 2 and to get bomb 1 you would do ?cg bomb 1 so then you would get the other bomb and like guns you would have a bounce gun and a diffrent gun you would do the same ?cg gun 2 to get gun 2 then ?cg gun 1 to get gun 1 and cg would mean change or you could just us the word change to change the gun well its just a thought :/
Synook Posted April 16, 2007 Report Posted April 16, 2007 I sort of get what you are saying... but what zone do you have in mind? Remember, anything is possible.But from my point of view, this idea would be best suited to a zone such a HyperSpace.

Samapico Posted April 17, 2007 Report Posted April 17, 2007 Honnestly, I don't really see the point of this... it's already possible to set 2 different styles of guns by toggling multifire... It 'could' be an interesting add-on for some zones, but you can't have a zone idea based on that.

Smong Posted April 18, 2007 Report Posted April 18, 2007 I think he's talking about real time weapon change -waits for sighs to die down- Looks like he wants to toggle between different weapons without changing ship, without leaving the game (going to a loadout menu). Would be useful in infantry zones where you want to change weapon when you run out of ammo (why reload when you can pull out a sidearm and finish them off?). Also allows for more weapons per-ship (different strengths and projectile speeds).
