i agree with what staff is saying, the only thing extra mods can do is enforce the language rule

 

no new kids on the block will stop the serious problems, still need vet staff for that

i knew something like that was coming after my post.

 

I meant "vet staff" as in veteran STAFF members, not veteran players who are staff! As in staffers who have been staff for an extended period time and have a greater knowledge and grasp of moderating/control than a new staff members would.

 

STAFF is a weird word, seriously, just read it.. dont you want to laugh and say wtf is up with that word? blahahha

A Vet Staff is hard to find and even if a member was a vet staff in another zone. They may not have the correct judgment cause maybe they were taught the wrong way or their ways of handling things maybe good in that zone but not in hs

If you aren't good at programming, being a mod probably wouldn't help. I wanted to be a mod, but since it seems to require a lot of programming experience (and i already asked... darn) I dont really want to be one anymore.

James, being good at programming doesnt have anything to do with being a mod. You would need programming/gfx knowledge if ur deving for the zone.
