I played the whole of the last game without cheating and I havn't cheated so far, nor have I actually played. What does cheating do? Increase the size of your e-penis...That's it.

PoLiX Posted April 9, 2007 Report Posted April 9, 2007 MG when it 1st started was respectable. We had tons of fun with only 20-30 people in the zone, and it wasn't the annoying newbfest it is now. I'll admit I enjoyed staffing and developing in the zone during those times, but now, I only go in there to find SVS (not anymore), TT, or Freakmonger.

This is the exact reason that I posted numerous times to get rid of transfer services. Now that myself and others have taken full advantage of it, I hope it has become more apparent to you that something needs to be done about it. Afterwards, about five players played hot-potato with the illegal weapons in an effort to confuse me, which was successfull to be honest. I still don't know where all of them went. Without a record of what they had before, I'm afraid to just blatantly take weapons away from them, even if its obvious they got them from cheaters.Glad to see my plan wasn't a total waste. Equivolent to SS, that would be like downloading an aimbot, going to a new zone, having the bot attach to you, and then when the staff comes by and bans you, point out that they didn't get around to putting up rules in A1 yet. This isn't the Kings of Chaos main server. This is a small event done on a forum that is devoted to Subspace. It doesn't have the population or resources of a huge MMORPG, because it isn't. If you want, we could start charging people to come to the site in the form of "donations" for "upgrades", and hire a programming team to make SSForum hack-proof. However, that is absurd for the scale of this game.

I don't think the MG community is too bad, there have been the ups and downs but the main reason why the certain people made those posts is because we're a pretty close community that supports each other, which was the cause of the derogatory comments. As well, I've seen shock post about removing transfer services or at least limiting it, so at least this course of action will at least display the abuse and exploit that it can provide. I kept my rank low to avoid disrupting the compe!@#$%^&*ion, I just liked having the funds to defend myself. All and all, I apologize for my actions, and hope that we will have a fun, legit and compe!@#$%^&*ive game next month!

Their fun did disrupt other people's fun, and they deserved the ban they got, but they haven't contested that. They'll probably be back playing legit next round. It's people like Redwaller, Holes, and Flames who are the problem. They didn't even get the ban they deserved, but they still whine and complain, trying to get even more things in their advantage. As far as I'm concerned, people like them are detrimental to games like this. If I had it my way I'd ban all of them permanently.

Their actions according to a few I've now talked with will probably carry into the zone for discipline. I can't say this for sure, but, it seems their zone doesn't support their actions unlike they previously stated.

It annoys me though, that someone I don't even know would come into my zone and start talking nonsense to my freinds, even though they might have done something wrong, do not bing the disrepsect to the zone. Trying to cover up my freinds mess was wrong. And I flamed others who were just doing the right thing and trying to do thier job. Atleast the saying still comes to light. Always either working, working on my project car, out with my friends, or spending time with my g/f. So now I'm taking the little time I put all of that aside to work on SSCentral, and now cutting into the time I planned to be out working on my car, to clean up a mess created by a few people who didn't feel they got what they wanted, so they had to abuse things and make !@#$%^&* for everyone else. Shock apologized, but from how he talked, it seems his actions will have some bad consequences. I had wanted to slice up the design for sscentral, as I have everything ready, and get the templates ready to begin coding the backend for it and filling content, but instead I'm dealing with this !@#$%^&*. Your little "fun" is ruining a lot more than just a forum game, it is hurting the game itself, cause I won't have time to work on SSCentral for a few more days. Today was my day off work I planned nothing for a few hrs to spend time on it. Luckily as I post this, it seems I have all the users cleaned up, and have found some code I will need to edit to fix some "bugs" they exploited.

(quoted in game)On redwaller's behalf he was angry because he did not exploit nor did he cheat, he only received items that he was not informed he would be getting. We sent them to him while he was offline in hopes that he wouldnt get banned and lose all the items. On my own behalf, I was netbanned from SSC before because I used an exploit that I KNEW before hand was illegal. That was my fault and I apologized for it and paid my due. Now, it would seem as If I am in the running to be banned from here (ssrpg) and I really do not want that. I ended last month legitimately in the top teens ranks. I would like to compete next month and play a legit game. I apologize for being a for lack of better words dildo on here. I apologize as well for my exploiting and this is not a sad attempt to not get banned if you do ban me that's fine I understand, however do not take it out on icyskull (who did not know he was getting weapons either). I will take my punishment as it is received, however if there's anything I can do to repair the damage I have done message me and let me know. Until next month I guess i'll spend my time in the arcade (if it's possible).

Any users with 0 posts who had tons of transfers to them and many cases from them, I deleted. So far only Dark Reborn had to re-register, but it sounds others might of been deleted from those actions.3. I will hold out on the bans, but if this happens again next month, or I notice it happening again, I will ban.
