He may have pulled a Gramps (for those who don't know Gramps left us and took all his bots) but he was still a cool guy to talk to. Every time Knight banned me for over a week he would cut it down after a couple of days. He was someone who could listen but he obviously lost his cool and, with one power surge, took it in his liberty to try and prove he had the bigger e-penis.

 

I think the zone will still go on to be strong with freakmonger and Knight. So I can't say I'm too bothered by this, just the forum part =/

SVS was an !@#$%^&*. A power tripping abusive tyrant, in my opinion. Even so, his contributions to the zone shouldn't be forgotten. I never really talked to him much, but he seemed to be an ok guy, except for constantly banning me for non-existant "spamming." Why he decided to lower himself to Gramps level and go delete a core part of the Metal Gear community is beyond me. Might as well go out with a BanG, eh?

The damage that was done to MG was lite. While i think the proof speaks for itself and is very clear what happened. it all happened the way i wanted it to. I had every opportunity of removing SVS access from the zone and the website a full 16+ hours prior to it happening.

 

I decided not to in order to see what would occure Now we know. Even though i am the one that found evidence linking svs to the removal of metalgears website i still have a hard time believing he did it even though it all happened as expected. I guess you dont really ever know somone especially if its via the internet

 

While what he did was absolutly wrong. He could of done far worse.

eh, me and svs were kind of bipolar in terms of relationship.

 

in one breath he reduced a ban I got undeservedly, in another he gave me a year long netban out of spite. hopefully the next elected will be understanding to the extent of not letting a player's relationship interfere with the severity of the punishment.

 

I'm really not thinking this kind of topic is a joke, as I wouldn't put it by svs to do something like this. First it's Julius Ceasar, then Gramps, and now SVS. I can see why Knight doesn't want to step up and take zone ownership .

I already said I'd be willing to step up as the zone owner, however I doubt the public would like that. I'm a major !@#$%^&*hole to alot of veteran players, simply because they turn jaded and synical and ruin the fun for the newer people of the game... so I've made far too many enemies... so far, until further notice, Myself and freakmonger will be taking charge of MG together, however as far as I'm concerned, the guy is honest, very knowledgable, and he pays the bills. In my mind, he can do as he pleases, I trust the dude
