The energy vortex in sector 8 should grow 1 tile every 5 minutes if no one dies to it and it should shrink at a faster rate when it kills someone.

TW might have to be moved to sector 4 but you could make it have a max radius that encomp!@#$%^&*es sector 8 and only sector 8. I'm sure alot of people would find it very appealing (especially with the Energy Vortex cult in full swing).

 

(I think an unlimited radius is even better but that's just me)

How about a field/brick that flings you into the energy vortex? I'm talking about the vortex itself, not the minefield around it. Presumably it would warp you to a random place.

 

I think blue's idea would have more appeal if there was some cash/bounty/super reward involved to make it a race to get to 8 when it's feeding time.

I think that would be abit too strong thou death, you could easily take out any attacker and defender with that...just get 2 good rushers with that field/brick and lay it on lanc(s).

 

With blue's idea, that means ppl in center will usually die first unless ppl r basing in 7 XD

this would make the zone even lamer.... just leave Energy Vortex the way it is....

The vortex was just me having fun one slow afternoon. I don't see any reason to change it.
