Guest Freakman Posted March 24, 2007 Report Posted March 24, 2007 Hi guys,I have been playing this for a couple of years now but over time, I have lost the password to my usernames and have since created new ones. I still remember my old usernames but I want them deleted. How would I go about permanently deleting these usernames off your system? Thanks
PoLiX Posted March 24, 2007 Report Posted March 24, 2007 Names will just reset after a long time of no login. No deletions are done, sorry. If you have the same e-mail, you can ?lostp!@#$%^&*word them and will receive an e-mail with their passwords. Otherwise, just have to let them reset.
»1587200 Posted March 24, 2007 Report Posted March 24, 2007 Or, if you didn't set a vaild email you can go to http://ssbase.com/billing.shtml and see if they'll reset the name, you've gota be able to prove it's yours though.
Guest Freakman Posted March 25, 2007 Report Posted March 25, 2007 Ok, thanks for all your help guys. I finally remembered one of my username's passwords and I took a look just to check it. It's been inactive for about two years but it still wasn't deleted. Whoops! Oh well, I've written down my current username and password so I don't think I'll be making any more usernames from now on.
Samapico Posted March 25, 2007 Report Posted March 25, 2007 how long till they reset?Dunno... it seems to depend on usage time
Incomplete Posted March 26, 2007 Report Posted March 26, 2007 (edited) My name isnt going to reset for years I deleted Continuum not thinking that i'm going to lose my profiles and ive lost my passwords!! It's a real pain in the !@#$%^&* Edited March 26, 2007 by Incomplete
Samapico Posted March 28, 2007 Report Posted March 28, 2007 Two things to do on the interweb (haha... I forgot who was saying that...hm):1- Use a reliable password so you can use the same for everything without losing it2- Provide valid e-mail addresses when you can so you can always get your password resetted easily
