I need one that limits the number of people per ship (EG: Only lets there be 2 warbirds), one that can limit ships to certain frequencies (Only let Freq 1's be a warbird) and one that specs someone once they're killed... Try these plugins, they should do what you need. If you want the death limit to be one just set your .cfg file for that.
