Today around 7:00 EST I\/Ir Beefie was in desert storm about to play a event of 2v2. Before the match him and a player "NL" apparently exchanged compe!@#$%^&*ive smack talk "ill own you," "we'll see in game !@#$%^&*". Whatever. Once it starts Beefie hunts NL for 3-5 kills, including the final (9th kill) that gets NL specced. Beef said "ez" wen he killed, and said something like "enjoy spec !@#$%^&*er" when he eliminated NL. Annoying compe!@#$%^&*iveness, commonplace. 10 seconds later Jericho24. enters the arena, Jericho turns out to be NL, and he proceedes to ban beefie. 1) Jericho24. is no where listed as staff in ds, altho he has sysop powers and high level bang and obviously bans whoever he wants (this crap has come up again and again in ds).2) How could beef know NL was jeri? Jeri can talk smack to beef under alias, but beef cant talk back to a seemingly normal every-day player?3) Nothing would have been done if this was any other player, would be dismissed as noobs !@#$%^&*ing at each other.4) Jeri wanted to ban beefie a few days ago for something else, a ds staffer death?to?all stood up for beef saying he should not be banned. Death?to?all is now fired and banned for one, beefie was the only one talking smack, i was only there for a nice quiet game of 2v2.beefie knew full well that NL is me, he confirmed this himself.his at!@#$%^&*ude towards staff as well as some other issues in the last few days was the end of the line for his big pile of !@#$%^&* which we let slide for way too long as it is. he was NOT banned, but was already banned by netban and was banfree'd in DS. How the !@#$%^&* does one person know another alias is yours? Any random player going to DS wouldnt know its you nor would any players that plays DS once in a while. Its more like 7-8 bots as far as I could tell last time I went into DS which was be4 I got banned for talking (you could refer to my thread somewhere in this forum). And at least 1/4 of those speccers are staff and lets not leave "untrace"; vili's alias that he double clients and bans people with. Anywho, remember my ban a few weeks ago or so? Well for some unknown reasons I got unbanned and so did LiD. No one notified us or said anything. And if you look the last thread got unlocked after the flames "died down" after it got locked for no reasons at all. Then staff goes and "unbans" us, but then again. Me and LiD will probably get perm ban again for "starting !@#$%^&* up" or jeri ill throw the reason that "we had many reasons to be banned" excuse. Let me say this, the reason ppl go there is cause they dont know crap about wat goes on and well I cant even think of another reason cause I honestly dont go there and I dont think its go wat so ever. Even though most of us knows DS pretty much free falled from the sky and splattered all over the ground after kame left, people still go there. Its a shame and its pretty sad. What can we do? Absolutely nothing because even if we boycott !@#$%^&*ty zones, others that havent seen this type of crap will still go there.
