Guest Chyper Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 !@#$%^&*o, I'm an old DSB player, I quited playing about 2 years ago cause of packet loss problems, I could barley play or even log to DSB, that problem happened only in DSB zone, so I just gave up and stoped playing.Few days ago I downloaded Subspace again, at first I couldn't even download the DSB map, I just loged in and it couldn't p!@#$%^&* the 4-6% without getting a D/C I spoke with some people that gave me a link to a direct DSB download, so now I got the map&the game, but yet I can barley log in nor play I can log to all zones without any problems, no lag..no loging problems, even the maps downloaded pretty much fast.But when it come to DSB..I can barley stay logged for 1-2 minutes. I really don't know what to do, maybe this post will help.Could it be my internet problem? If so why I can play all other zones with 100% no problems? My internet can't be that slow..I'm play World of Warcraft without any problems..it's getting boring now though so I really wanna come back playing.I know few dudes from Israel that playing DSB without any problems. I would really like to see some help posts here, please help an old player!
Guest Chyper Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 By the way I frogot to mantion that it takes me about 15-30 seconds to login if not getting a "Lost connection to server" error, even if I managed to log in I have a normal ping but high packet loss..I can hardly see people bullets and all the ?chat,who,spec etc....actions are got !@#$%^&* slow. Shock Posted March 5, 2007 Report Posted March 5, 2007 Heh, that looks similar to my traces.. Although, I have about three different lines with % packetloss. Funny this is, I don't lag at all when I enter the zone(s).
