If you have 6 ppl in priv team, then you ill need 7 ppl in pub. No point in having the same amount for both since pub is meant to have an advantage cause its public and private...is well private =/

 

If you add more ppl to freq cap, then your just encouraging all the rich people to band together into a super freq and forcing all the lower exp ppl together and become a farm for the rich ppl.

 

IMO, i think current limit is good

The limit is good as it is, a change would be fun, but I don't really think it matters much, As for the whole rich people encouraged to have a super freq, It might happen, but there's a bigger chance that it wouldn't. A. No Biller = Not Many Vets B. Lots of people are quitting HS/Continuum atm. etc..

 

Sui just said it all. Anyway, think of it as 7 bricks you have to get through rather than 6. and 14 thors, etc.

Just to let you know.....I have the radiation coil thingy item that reduces shrap + burst dmg.......and it aint making alot of difference when I rush cause theres so much burst in the air. The armor just saves you for 1-2 sec before the second wave of burst rips you apart. XD

 

Besides dbe, if we rise team size and when we get ssc biller ppl will come back. Good thing is....we can then have 7 lanc in 1 team! Woot, 7 3k tanks w/ crazy !@#$%^&* bursts and bomb lining.

I think team size should dynamically change based on total active population (that is, people not in spec).

 

It should go from minimum of 4 3 (for priv) to maximum of (active people / 2.5). So if there are 10 or less active people in HS, the max freq size is 4, if there are 20 active players, the size is 8 (7 for privs).

 

Why 2.5? Just because I think it's the optimal. It will not allow people to completely form 2 teams (too bilateral, no intrigue), and it will allow either 3 teams forming equally, or two major and a minor, or two teams and the rest are not flagging, just playing in spec.

But then the problem arise of wat happens if the pop takes a dive. If a freq has like 5-6 ppl w/ a high pop. Suddenly, the pop takes a dive. What will happen to the freq? If ppl get automaticly kicked out it might not be fair in a sense that they may have done alot for the freq. Or wat happens if they have high bty, holding flags and stuff.

 

If they dont get kicked out, then it would be unfair to other players since there will be a 6 player team w/ new freqs have less.

as for what sui said after, if it gets outa hand mods would make a rules to make it a lil more fair... maybe like telling the team to win the jackpot to make new teams and even teams idk... i guess we need more input blum.gif

I don't know if it's possible to make it dynamic but if so, make it so that the largest priv freq size is always 1/2 the current non-spec population or something like that. You could also implement one of those automatic eveners.
