Improper Flag Settings

The Flag Settings are being ignored for different settings

 

It should be 25 flags, not 30

Flags can appear on the outside, but there is no map tile or anything to fix that.

The flag timer is 30 seconds not the time that it should be

The jackpot is ignored, always 1000 points is given. (Unless the jackpot counter was wrong)

 

The deva.conf file seems to have the right settings, so look into that.
