Nothing. Level 10 is just a rank based on how many posts you have. It means absolutely nothing.

After level 10, you get to beat the final boss (Polix).

 

And if you can beat his almighty admin power, you get this:

 

GAME OVER

 

Next time you log in, you're back to level 1.
