The who "you filtered out" concept for this case is one of the most silliest things ever. People who often think more than others would be wondering if you're ok. That's just silly.

I was already making a poker/blackjack/roulette/dice/heads.tails/wheel of fortune/guess arena

There is already a blackjack, heads/tails, guess plugin for MERV & TWCore has a poker bot.

 

There is also a scrabble plugin for MERV (that DS, MG and afew other zones have) and a scrabble plugin for PowerBot I think.

 

Talk was going around about a SSC Games Zone or something where board games like scrabble, monoply, etc would be played. But this was about 3 or 4 years ago.

I don't care what happens because I'm here and there. But if you want to "prune the branches" start a revolution or something. Overthrow the council. It already seems like doc flabby and his gang has started doing it. It's going to be extremely hard, but maybe that is what this game needs. Good luck.

overthrow the council....not a bad idea but I don't think that could happen. The council controls the most major thing in SS and that is the Biller. The reason 90% of the non-ssc zones die is because players do not want to come to a zone that isn't connected to the 'main biller'. Going to a non-ssc zone is like going to a third world country (those who travel know what i'm talking about). Its like you are cut off from civilization.

 

The only way to "overthrow the council" would be to raise so much !@#$%^&* with the right ppl (pretty much just Ghost), that they would have no other choice than to vote in ACTIVE players into the SSC. But I think the "dead weight" is what holds the SSC together :/

What about the hosters. like death+ and altec and so on. They could hold all the zones hostage by shutting them down!!!!! then we can coach the ss concil into giving us our demands!!!!! The people who would be saying that would be the middle class higher ups, such as doc,Polix,Maverick, ect.

I'm pretty sure Dock> has little to no ties left in Continuum, with exception to still having sysop power in TW. Death+ wants to control the game too much to revolt, and rumor has it Altec is shutting down. That leaves the current hosters (becides D+) as Confess and Priit, and Confess doesn't have that much pull to convince Priit to do anything.

CSSS - Owned by Valhalla. Dedicated server (last I checked) which runs two zones, both of which are dead.

SSCU/SSCX - Owned by Priit

SSEO - Owned by Cybersnipe and Contempt+ and housed on a cable line.

SSI/SSCI - Owned by Death+ and his !@#$%^&* boy Gameplay.

SSHK - Don't know.

T3 - Only hosts one zone

SSCC - Owned by Testtube and run by SVS, so don't expect to get your zone on there since you'll be accused of stealing from MG...

 

I didn't see any PSS zones. So since SSEO is on a cable line, CSSS doesn't host anything beyond two super zones, T3 is closed to new zones, and SSHK is unknown (to me anyway) that leaves Priit and Death+.
