People which are now protected using a local password, are not unless they register their names on the non-ssc biller before someone else does.

But I wish the command along with an article was placed in the zone news... Oh well, I'm happy anyways. passwd isn't that hard to use and it isn't really a hassle to take 5 secs to do it.
