Today a friend of mine got banned in a zone for using caps once. (According to what he said)So I enter the zone to see who banned him since he told me someone w/ a "?" in their name banned him.I entered arena and did a command to show who is currently on staff. A moment later some dude told me I aint on it and I said I wouldnt want to be on it. A few moments later while im talking to another player, i get banned and the person im talking to gets banned as well. But either way, its pretty sad that they r banning people for silly reasons. It sounds like they are on 24/7 Power Trip by silencing those who speak out........looks like communist in subspace lol....

Slicer Posted February 7, 2007 Report Posted February 7, 2007 What are the names of the people banned from the zone?There was trouble with a few names and desert storm awhile back, if your one of them you can't make out your innocent so don't make the zone owner the villian without hearing his reasons.

So you will be watched after alot more then others and you will be banned alot soonerHowever i dont know anything about this ban so it not up to me to give an opinion. I asked him who banned him and he said it was some dude w/ a "?" mark. So i entered the zone to find what who banned Criz.I get banned for some unknown reasons and so did LiD. You can basicly say that for any one and thats no reason to ban someone out of the blue. FYI I hardly visit DS, I probably enter DS...maybe once a month for like max of 1 min per visit? Yes, I should hear the other side of the story for Criz's Ban. But I would love the reason why I am banned cause as I see it, I did nothing wrong unless saying you dont want to be on staff list is against the rules. I know Suicide_Run and he's dealt with Viligante for a long time, he isn't saying this because of one event. Anyone who knows anything about DS knows the staff is insanely abusive. Vili hasn't done anything for the zone, he's just a power hungry player that's managed to get ahold of a popular zone. Viligante has made countless bans with no justifiable reason, and it's way past the point we even need to bother to listen to his excuses, which he rarely bothers to give, because we've heard them before. If you really want to know what it's like, just try entering the zone one day and asking the owner some questions about his ban policy. Chances are you'll promptly be banned, then hopefully you won't have to question anyone else who complains.

The thing is, the person before him doesn't really matter compared to what happened to him. Sure maybe there was a good reason to ban the guy before him, but obviously there sure wasn't a reason to ban sui, as shown by the screens and log. Seems like ur picking on the one thing sui possible did wrong instead of the massive unexcusable abuse by the zone owner.

I would also LOVE to hear why a person NOT on the staff list can use staff powers. And why the zone owner (if untrace is really vili) made a separate alias....to ban people with Between ani, u meant Dealt w/ vili as in staffed for him rite? Cause i did staff under him 1-2 yrs ago.

Criz was banned (again) for useless ?help messages and attempting to TK staff members, as usual seeing how far he could push the staff. He has been banned at least 4 or 5 times before for exactly the same, he knows full well why. Infact he would still be banned under older bans if Vili hadnt lifted it out of the goodness of his heart. But as before, he was obviously here only to disrupt the zone, closely followed by his pathetic buddies with the same intentions, which is why I ordered his ban. I also ordered the bans of Suicide_Run and LiD, as they have given plenty of reasons previously for a ban. As always after criz gets banned he sends squaddies in after him to stir !@#$%^&* some more. You guys will stay banned, any further problems such as the spammers you sent in shortly after, will be dealt with by me and banned accordingly. DS Staff will no longer waste time with such "players", nor with this stupid thread.. so if somebody would be so kind as to lock it..

It's a plain fact that it's useless to continue writing the discriminations of other players who abuse their powers because you know what? It'll continue to happen regardless. It's a player run game with egotistical !@#$%^&*holes in places and it's going to continue unless there are major changes in policies. I was one of the few who had my own way and policies which were strict and to the point. You crossed my line, I dealt with you like a bad child. To !@#$%^&*ing bad if you couldn't handle it. I figure it this way, you did something stupid you deserved to get your !@#$%^&* chewed out and beat up for it. Nuff said on that subject. If I ever come back to SubSpace itself I'd probably do it all over again the same exact way. It's harsh but it's fair. Simple as that. And Vili needs someone to pucker his !@#$%^&* up to get it ready for being reamed due to his lack of morals or intellect. Please link Vili to my post someone so that he knows how much of a re!@#$%^&* he truly is. I want to get him all riled up because he lacks the testicles to TOLERATE being spammed. Who gives a flying !@#$%^&* if you get constantly bugged on your nickname. Do or did I hide under different aliases when I was constantly har!@#$%^&*ed about petty !@#$%^&*? No. The only time I did was to have fun with some of the other nicknames I made back in the hey day. As it stands, Vili just goes to show how inept he truly is as a zone owner.
