»SD>Big Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 dont you have to pick a field of study when you apply, like a specifc one? at least thats how it works here in canada.
Slipped Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 Most, or some, colleges in the US don't make you decide on a final major until the end of your first or second year.

NBVegita Posted February 7, 2007 Report Posted February 7, 2007 You go in undecided, and work towards a college degree by taking prerequisites that most colleges have to finish up any type of degree program. Like writing, social science courses ect. And it also allows you to using elective credits, test the waters of many subjects so that you can figure out just what you want to do.

NBVegita Posted February 7, 2007 Report Posted February 7, 2007 going for micro cert is a good idea, as they just released vista. But that will only help really in an IT support position.
»D1st0rt Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 I've heard some interesting stories from VCU One guy who transferred here this year saw his roommate there twice all year, and each time he had more than a pound of weed on him.Another friend from highschool says he can hear gunshots from his window every once in a while. I'm sure there's a lot of good about it, but it is in a not great part of Richmond.
Greased_Lightning Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 Bring a George Forman grill... seriously, those things can do anything.
