PoLiX Posted February 16, 2007 Report Posted February 16, 2007 Well, 1 will end up being used for SSCentral, and 1 for Squad Central. So it'll be a simple logo change to the one we feel fits which needs.
Yoink Posted February 16, 2007 Report Posted February 16, 2007 wow, somehow this thread made me design for about an hour. good job !I havent done the content yet and there could be some pimping every here and there to make it look nasty. Heres what i got so far: Design -CreatiX if you could finish it, and maybe make it a bit more subspaceish, I might use it. http://www.sscentral.com/polix/ - probably what will go up if nothing else is designed. It doesn't work in Firefox.

»Maverick Posted February 16, 2007 Report Posted February 16, 2007 Yoink, I noticed you have to wait a while for all the images to load properly in your browser. Try that
rootbear75 Posted February 16, 2007 Report Posted February 16, 2007 polix, what is all that gibberish anyway?
Ophie Posted February 16, 2007 Report Posted February 16, 2007 You're quite right. Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
L.C. Posted February 16, 2007 Report Posted February 16, 2007 http://www.google.com/ has the answers to all your problems, my friend. Lorem Ipsum is a rather famous piece of writing, if I recall correctly. Italian is it? A lot of website designers use parts of this piece as filltext in the design (to show something better than a "" indication. It also looks pretty good with the design, as if it were in our language and fully understandable). http://www.lipsum.com/
