Deactivation of the Windows key?

I've heard that it's possible to deactivate it, but not how. Does anyone know?

 

It would really be useful for me since I'm used to using it for SubSpace, but can't anymore >;/

 

Edit: Ignore this. I know all options and realised it's not worth it 'cause it's too complicated or hard. I can disable it but then it's useless.
