PoLiX Posted December 21, 2006 Report Posted December 21, 2006 Will this really be Favre's last home game you think? I dunno. He seems to love the game too much to leave, but he is getting up there in years. If he had a better team around him, I think they'd be utterly unstoppable. It will be sad to seem him go when he does, and if this is it, then it will be one good game for both teams.
Fat Cat Posted December 21, 2006 Report Posted December 21, 2006 I don't know if this will be Favre's last game. I really hope not, I'd love to see 1 more year out of him but on the other hand I want to see Aaron Rodgers take control of this team. Favre's still got a lot left in him though. The future's looking good for the Packers though, offensively anyways. The o-line is playing better, Jennings is looking great, Driver still has a few years left in him. The defense on the other hand...needs some work.
Fat Cat Posted December 22, 2006 Report Posted December 22, 2006 Vikings ftw. Seriously though after watching tonights game I think we need to address our Offense for next season. Tight End, Wide Receiver, Running Back all big needs. Bubba just isn't the same after his neck injury and I don't think Driver/Jennings can provide the deep threat we need. Ahman Green is meh...he's getting up there in age and I wouldn't mind having him back as the backup next year. I still think we need another Cornerback/DE and Safety on defense though.
