Changes to The Wormhole

Well, the purpose of The Wormhole was where topics would go to die, or just be spammed or flamed to death.

 

But it seems lately it has just pulled all discussion from General. So I have set it so that no new topics can be posted, but you can still reply, and guests can too.

 

As you know, we've always been pretty lenient on what we move/delete/lock, so if it is going to do one of the last 2, it will be moved there instead. Rather than just locking a topic, unless requested by the topic poster, we'll just move it to The Wormhole to be continued out of site of those not wanting to see it anymore (IE: all the Halo drama stuff).

 

Just going to be a trial to see how it works out. If all goes good, then fine. But if the Guest posting gets out of hand, or the amount of spam or trash topics in general, than we'll just work other things out. I don't see enough new threads in there that couldn't have been in general in the 1st place anyways.

yes please... just imagine... you can get companies paying people to go to random forums and guest posting adverts

No kidding, all posting has pretty much ceased on this board now...

I reallowed it a day or 2 ago. So it isn't just that.
