Holes Posted November 25, 2006 Report Posted November 25, 2006 Well I already made a topic about my lag on continuum. It's locked now, so I'm making a new one. Last time I deleted messenger plus and continuum worked fine for a couple weeks. Now I have major lag in fullscreen and SOME lag in windowed. The lag in windowed makes it look like everyone else has a 300 ping or something. Fullscreen is worse. (i look normal) My FPS in windowed is 125-130. I have no clue why this lag problem seems to die down after I change something, and then comes backevery time. It's killing me especially since my older, crappier computer that no longer works used to run continuum fine on the same connection/wire/router. So you can see the other topic for my system info, the trace, driver scans, etc. I wont spam them in two places. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had this with the latest Nvidia drivers making me lag in full screen, after I disabled the helper processes of Nvidia my lag was gone. This is a nice utility which shows, among other stuff, the CPU usage per running process:http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysintern...ssExplorer.mspx Also, giving a nice clean up utility a go, may boost your fps with 1 frame extra: http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds.aspx
