I think that for a price u should b able to see where the flags r and for a big price u should be able to see where flags are hidden all the time so that your not spending all your time lookjing for flags. HypnoticKirby Posted October 21, 2006 Report Posted October 21, 2006 At first it sounds like a good idea but the rich have the advantage. Higher price? Rich onlyLower price? Flag games are ruined. Doubt theres any balance inbetween those two prices and the game. Edit: come to think about it, it'd all be up to what one decides flagging is. CTF type or basing... Quote
Bomook Posted October 21, 2006 Report Posted October 21, 2006 I think that for a price u should b able to see where the flags rPossibly, but as Kirby said, this is going to be difficult to balance. Perhaps a formula that takes into account what the current jackpot is? Such as $1000 + [half the current jackpot]. Also this should probably be limited to being able to be purchased in a duration of time, such as once a day, so that rich players who don't care about their money can't spam it. Of course, this does make it complicated and it'll probably be more trouble than it's worth to implement. and for a big price u should be able to see where flags are hidden all the time so that your not spending all your time lookjing for flags. This should not happen, ever. This would tilt the favors way too much in favor of the rich. Quote
»D1st0rt Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 Typically making anything that impacts the flag game that much cost a certain amount will just be counterproductive and increase the gap between rich and poor. Quote
