This includes zones that no longer exist

 

1 Extreme Games :- The zone I've played in most of the time. I tend to always come back to it.

There are/were a lot of people I really enjoy playing with in there. The rush of the active

flag games is hard to compare to.

 

2 Downtown :- I can't quite explain but this zone was ridiculously fun when it had people.

Something about flying backwards from the force of your bombs was quite enjoyable.

 

3 Metal Gear :- I've come to enjoy stopping in that zone. The CTF aspect is quite a lot of fun and a

a good rush.

 

4 Robotech :- To me, dueling/fraying with those settings was really fun. There was a good balance of

energy in there between firing/taking damage/afterburning.

 

5 17th parallel :- I really liked the complex, and it was a fun place to stop in with the regular pub map too.

 

6 A Small Warzone :- I have to mention it as it was the first zone I ever saw when I was introduced

to the game by a friend of mine. I was quite capticated by the game at the time. And I did like

flag games I got to play in there.

 

7 Trench Wars :- it was the first zone I played in. At the time it was also the only zone I really played

in for a long time.

 

8 Star Wars Realm :- Whenever EG would be down, a lot of people would head there, and I eventually

played in it for a bit. Had a lot of fun I the minibase flag games.

 

9 MERC Ground Warfare :- I only got to play there a bit before it disappeared for that long stretch. But

the zone as a whole and the Samurai subarena was quite fun.

 

10 This kind a tie between all the other zones I zone hopped too but didn't spend much time in, and

to the zones I may stop in a hop to in the future.

1: Devastation - really cool staff good gameplay mature population

 

2: t3 Gauntlet - nice settings the best league and good pop

 

3:Chaos - great population good duel sets like the bonus setup

 

the rest are good but spent moast usage in these.

1. SSCX Starwarzone

Been my homezone since 1998, been quite dead for 3 years now. Great settings for flagging and dueling, also had a nice 4v4 league running from late 98' / early 99' (SWZL).

 

2. SSCX ChaosZone / Premier

I actully dont like ChaosZone one bit, its gay and lame. Premier on the other hand is quite awesome and i hope they move it to its own zone someday or host it somewhere else.

 

3. SSCU Trenchwars

Dont like Trenchwars main either, i do like their duel ladders and being able to challenge squads at any time for scrims.

 

4. SSCX Warzone CTF

WZL is fun, tobad the zone is dead nowadays.

 

 

 

Yeah...could probably add few other zones but bleh.

 

 

If someone would bring back RZ someday, i would probably hang in there.

1. Dueling Arizona

First zone I ever played in and first zone I ever became staff in. Met a lot of good people in DZ. Who doesnt love A1 wars lol. I'm talking about old school DZA (Tyris,bmag,foxxy,lord xeen+,etc)

 

2. Metal Gear CTF

The MG community is great. A lot of players help the zone out with lvz's / event cfg's / bots etc without asking anything in return. When I do get a chance to play, the CTF style is second to none IMO

 

3. Premier League

Ahh, the days when premier league was its own zone and you had to be on the access list. Miss those days. Well Premier League is going on its 20th? season now. Truly one of the best ran leagues in all of subspace / continuum.

 

4. Powerball Zone

I mean what can I say, the zone has 0 staff lol ;) All joking aside, Powerball League has been around for ages also. Although I wish they would bring back "classic league" instead of all these other leagues but I still enjoy stoping in every so often for a few goals. GO BROTHERHOOD PB smile.gif

 

5. Chaos Zone

Never played Chaos Zone much until premier league moved in after it left Dueling Arizona. Never really cared for it much but then one day it just grew on me.

 

6. Hockey Zone

Hockey Zone is fun. I havnt went in there since the move to ASSS, but I'm sure its still enjoyable. After a few weeks in HZ, I got recruited by North Stars while I was under a different alias. I never showed to matches, but it was fun to play in scrims when I could

 

7. Trench Wars

Like most SVS players, I really hate TW. But what can I say bad about them, they are the number 1 zone in all of subspace / continuum. If you really want to see how a zone should be ran, just stop by TW. (Although like most major zones, the TOP people in charge are mostly afk)

 

8. Desert Storm

I like the whole "the more you play the better ships you can have" style. I think thats what got me hooked on DS. The dead population really is a bummer and I think DS can be A LOT better than what it is now.

 

Ok well I can't come up with 10, so 8 will have to do.
