DirectDraw...What DirectX version are you using (not quite sure how relavant it is)? If you haven't already, upgrade to DirectX 9.0c

The thing I usually do when I get an error related to a missing file, unloadable file, etc - is to Google that file, download it, and install it. Usually I manage to find instructions off of one of these website on installing it. But if I don't, I lookup something related to installing Windows DLLs.

It's best to install directx through http://www.windowsupdate.com since it can detect what you are running and what's best for you.
