Tonight me and some friends are going to play Age of Empires 2 The Conquerors. The website is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Age_of_Empire...he_Age_of_Kings if you want to look at it. It's a build'em up type game, like a Warcraft of Starcraft. Honestly, it's probably the greatest RTS I've ever played. We'd really like it if you could join us, just let me know later on tonight and I will give you the ip to connect to.

2) Unpack it.

 

3) Use age2_x1.exe as your main loader. That's the expansion.exe.

 

4) Goto Multiplayer

 

5) Pick the connection that has the word "Direct" in it.

 

6) Enter the IP: ##.###.##.##.

yes aoe2 is a great rts, imo Rise of Nations is better and bc it is more modern, Empire at War is starwars related, the space battles are awesome, ground fighting sucks.

space battles are awesome... but in action games like Freespace or Freelancer, these battles are even more awesome

it doesnt work.....i hit to dl the free version, and it comes up with some sort of countdown and a buncha prices to choose from....

Well, at the end of the count down most literate people would select one of the two servers, type in the three digit code they see, and then hit enter. In the case of Trip, nothing..

Rofl we just did a great game tonight. I had three guys attacking my most defended gate, when there were two other weaker gates they could've attacked. Once I batted off all of their forces, I rush out my hussar horsies and devoured their bases into my never ending belly.
