Pub completely silenced?

I guess one of the mods didn't like the lively discussion that was going on and decided to silence pub completely. As of this moment there are NO public messages being sent, although priv freq chat works fine.

It was fine until aware started being racist and threw some n-bombs at me and I am offended (im black) and then other people started being racist and debating whether or not the n-bomb is really racist. Some lazy !@#$%^&* mod just decided to silence pub instead of individuals.

This was a serious topic and has now started to turn to trash either stay on a serious topic or i'll just throw this in the trash bin

 

Now on to the more serious matter of silencing the entire pub chat In my opinion if someone is using rascist comments without they should be silenced, this was probably an incident where the command was imputted incorrectly. Personally there is a really good chance (depending on my mood) that i would without warning kick you for a day or a week.

 

How hard is it not to type phrases that could easily be considered rascist or in any way har!@#$%^&*ing/offending to others. Its not like you are just blurting out things without thinking. It takes effort to type the phrase out and hit enter. Don't do it...its a very simple concept. If you are getting pissed off at a name beside a ship in a game then yell at your monitor.

Hmm, from what I understand, the person that silenced public at the time, (since I was offline) had said that there was numerous amounts of people using racist comments, so pub was silenced for a few minutes or so.. That sounds reasonable.

Ya it was me who silenced pub. Next time you guys decide to have a "lively discussion" which contains the N word, or any other racist words for that matter, think twice about doing it in pub

I didn't delete all of them, someone else decided to. And unlike you I didn't decide to spam the forum with the entire subject. Especially spamming that I spoofed the logs, when they were posted not even 2 minutes after the whole incident.
