I come in and for 10 mins my lag is fine, then it spikes from 0.1 0.1 to4% and 12%My current ms is usually under 150 though. Do a trace to the server you are playing from within continuum then Export the results and attach/post them here. Check out your zone population statistics at stats.sshq.net!
