Guest Zippydeedoo Posted August 25, 2006 Report Posted August 25, 2006 Whenever I try to update from 0.38 to 0.39 I get, "Failed to load dynamic link library menu039pr1.dll". If anyone can explain to me how to fix it would be really great, thanks for your time.
»Maverick Posted August 25, 2006 Report Posted August 25, 2006 To upgrade from Continuum 0.38 to Continuum 0.39pr1 you need to extract the contents of the zip file into your Continuum directory, probably C:\Program Files\Continuum . At least 2 files should be extracted; Continuum039pr1.exe and menu039pr1.dll . Once done you should be able to start Continuum039pr1.exe without any problems.
Bargeld Posted August 26, 2006 Report Posted August 26, 2006 You need to create a shortcut to the new continuum039pr1.exe. The shortcut you are using is referring back to the old .38 version and throws an error. View the FAQ thread at the top of the Tech support forum for more info.
